1. Introduction

Welcome! Thank you for choosing to work with A Mothers Spoon. These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure clarity, safety and mutual understanding as we work together during your postpartum season. The information, guidance and services provided are intended for educational and supportive purposes only and not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a healthcare provider. Postpartum recovery is a deeply individual process and all recommendations should be considered in partnership with your primary care provider, midwife or other qualified healthcare professional. By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Services

2.1 I provide personalized nourishment and supportive plans based on your postpartum needs and goals.

  • 15 minute discovery call to determine if this is a suitable fit.

  • One hour consultation with personalized support.

  • 45 minute follow-up consultation to discuss progress, future goals and changes.

2.2 The Consultant does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or prescribe medication. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice from a licensed physician, midwife, or registered dietitian.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete health information.

  • You are responsible for consulting a healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns, allergies, or conditions.

  • You understand that results may vary and are dependent on personal health, adherence, and individual circumstances.

4. Payment & Fees

  • Fees for services are outlined on services page.

  • Payment is due upon scheduling appointment and can be done through A Mothers Spoon Venmo or via cash

  • All prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or needing to re-schedule must be done within 24 hours.

  • Due to the nature of personalized service, all sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with our consultation, please inform me and I’d be happy to do my best to resolve the situation.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  • I the Consultant have the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Confidentiality

  • All Client information shared during consultations is kept confidential and only used for service purposes.

  • I follow standard privacy practices and do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

  • I the Consultant am not liable for any adverse reactions, medical issues, or injuries arising from dietary changes or recommendations.

  • You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for your health decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided (meal plans, guides, educational content) remain the intellectual property of the A Mothers Spoon.

  • You may use the materials for personal use only and may not share, sell, or distribute them without permission.

  • You may view, download, or print information via this website but you may not copy, distribute or reproduce my content without consent.

9. Termination of Services

I the Consultant reserve the right to terminate services if you behave abusively, provide false information, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sonoma County, California. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local regulations.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, submitting payment, or receiving services, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
